When you purchase our beans, they are roasted the same day the order is placed, ensuring they arrive to you within just a few days after roasting for unparalleled freshness and optimal taste. Beans from different origins taste best at varying roast levels, and our roast master carefully selects the ideal profile for each type of coffee. The beans will arrive as whole bean coffee, and we can grind them or roast them lighter or darker upon request. Our roasters include 8 distinct levels, ranging from the lightest cinnamon roast to the darkest heavy French roast.

Cinnamon roast is extremely light with a somewhat grassy taste. Light roast has bright acidity and a light body. Blonde roast features bright, fruit-like acidity and a fuller body. Medium roast is a sweeter profile where the natural bean aromatics are near their peak, resulting in a cup charged with complexity. Full city roast is a favorite, with deeper sweet complexity and a nice, pronounced finish. Espresso roast enters the dark roast realm, with smokier, deeper tastes and the beginning of surface oil patches. Italian roast features hearty, intense flavors, while our darkest heavy French roast boasts very dark, oily beans with a distinct, smoky intensity.
